Grounded, nervous-system-informed coaching for rebuilding self-trust and leading yourself forward.
If you’re someone who…
Has left, or are in the process of disentangling from, toxic family systems or relationships
Is healing after substance use that once helped them cope
Is navigating betrayal, high-conflict separation, or prolonged relational stress
Feels stuck, numb, overwhelmed, or exhausted after long periods of stress or instability
Feels lost or disoriented after “doing the right things,” yet still not feeling like yourself
This work offers a steady next step.
Heal Out Loud is not about fixing you, motivating you, or pushing you to “move on.”
It’s about restoring safety, agency, and self-trust so your life is no longer driven by old survival patterns and can begin to be guided from within.
Some people arrive here still very much in the middle of chaos. Others arrive after leaving something hard, surprised to find numbness, collapse, or disorientation instead of relief.
This work is designed for both.
It meets you where you are, moves at your pace, and doesn’t force change before you’re ready.
"Working with Greg has truly been life-changing. His calm, compassionate presence created a safe space where I could simply be myself, free from judgment and full of trust. Through his guidance, I learned to ease control, face my anxiety with courage, and listen to my own needs with kindness.
Greg helped me reconnect with my boundaries, find clarity, and believe in my ability to move forward. Where fear once lived, confidence and curiosity now grow. He didn’t just help me manage challenges, he helped me see myself in a new light.
If you’re looking for someone who guides with empathy and truth, Greg is that rare presence who helps you find strength within yourself."

Hi, I’m Greg.
I bring lived experience, a nervous system informed approach, and a steady relational way of guiding people through transition.
My work is about walking alongside people as they unwind survival-based patterns, reconnect with themselves, and build lives rooted in agency, clarity, and authenticity.
The Work We Do Together
Most of my 1:1 work takes place within a longer journey called
It’s a steady, supportive process of stabilizing the nervous system, understanding survival patterns, repairing self-trust, and gradually creating a life that reflects who you actually are through:
-
From this place, you begin to make decisions that are aligned, confident, and authentic. Not because you’re forcing change, but because you are no longer abandoning yourself.
-
Learning how to support and stabilize your body after prolonged stress, hyper-vigilance, or collapse, so rest, emotion, and choice become possible again.
-
Recognizing survival patterns and internal conditioning shaped by trauma, family dynamics, or betrayal, and understanding how they continue to influence reactions, relationships, and decisions.
-
Rebuilding a respectful and compassionate relationship with yourself after years of self-criticism, shame, or internalized pressure.
-
Exploring grounding practices such as meditation, journaling, movement, or time in nature, and learning how to use them in ways that support your nervous system rather than overwhelm it.
-
Repairing trust in your own perceptions and decisions after gaslighting or prolonged survival, and reconnecting with who you are beneath old roles, adaptations, and expectations.
-
Gradually building a life aligned with your values, boundaries, and truth, rather than recreating familiar survival dynamics in work, relationships, or purpose.
"Greg has shown up for me in a way that has made me feel deeply understood. He shares wisdom from lived experience and helped me recognize that my nervous system, not my character, was the issue. As someone with a Master’s degree in counseling, I can honestly say that Greg’s coaching is unique and more helpful than anything I have learned through my formal training."
